2026-2027 school year Required Qualifications MUST HAVE Orientation and Mobility Specialist Certification Successfully completed and graduated from an accredited Orientation and Mobility specific training program through an approved university and have completed all fieldwork requirements Experience as an O&M Specialist in the schools a plus! Key Responsibilities Develops plans and instructs students with visual impairments in the development of skills and knowledge Implement IEPs, individualized interventions, and classroom accommodations Build a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with school-based Exceptional Children's/Special Education teams, behavior specialists, and families Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and team planning sessions Benefits & Perks: Competitive
