A growing mid-sized public accounting firm is seeking a
Tax Director
to fill a critical gap at the reviewer level within its South Florida office. This is a highly visible, client-facing role supporting high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities. Target Compensation:
$150K–$180K base Schedule:
Onsite/Hybrid
Responsibilities: Lead review of complex tax returns (1040s, 1065s, trusts, K-1s) Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients Manage and mentor a team of seniors and supervisors Provide technical guidance and review feedback Collaborate closely with partners on client strategy and delivery Qualifications: CPA or EA required Strong background in public accounting and tax Extensive experience reviewing complex returns Experience with HNW clients and pass-through entities Proven client-facing and relationship management skills If you are interested, please apply here or email Chris Nappi at cnappi@daleyaa.com
