Job Summary We are seeking a
Continuous Improvement Manager
to drive operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role will focus on improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency across operations.
Key Responsibilities Lead
Kaizen events
and
Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
initiatives Drive
process improvements
using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) Manage and track
continuous improvement projects and cost savings Coach and mentor
Yellow & Green Belts Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and supply chain Develop reports and dashboards for performance tracking
Requirements Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory) 8+ years in
process improvement / quality / operations Experience with
Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in
logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing
preferred Knowledge of
Minitab/JMP
and advanced Excel
Nice to Have PMP or CSCP certification Experience in contract logistics Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
