This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting attorneys, helping clients, and keeping cases moving forwardwithout the chaos of litigation deadlines and court schedules.
No court appearances. No trial prep. No deposition scheduling. Just meaningful, organized work that directly supports client outcomes.
What Youll Do
* Support attorneys in managing personal injury cases * Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
* Draft correspondence, demands, and case-related documents * Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders * Maintain accurate and organized case files in our case management system
Qualifications
* 1+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience (personal injury preferred) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively * High attention to detail and follow-through
