As an Executive Assistant, you will support our visionary management team with far-reaching responsibility
from calendar management to travel planning and exciting projects. Become part of our team and our mission: Science for a Safer World! Your Tasks Proactive support of the management team in daily operations Coordination of appointments and professional calendar management Planning of business trips including visa applications and travel expense reports Preparation and follow-up of meetings, phone calls, and video conferences Independent communication with external partners such as authorities, agencies, and project firms Taking on special tasks and supporting presentations, protocols, and documents Qualifications
