Job Description
What you'll do:
Contact clients regarding delinquent accounts for unsecured loans
Negotiate payment options to early stage collection accounts
Utilize your strong negotiations skills to bring delinquent accounts back to performing status
Provide exceptional member experience
Exercise discretion and independent judgment
Process requests and account change
Inbound/Outbound calls
Qualifications
1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing call center environment
Minimum of 1 year collections experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay organized while working on multiple tasks
Excellent Attendance throughout training
Pay: $19.50 + Monthly Bonus
Shift: Monday-Friday - Requires reasonable flexibility between 6:00am-6:00pm
