Executive Director's Office Secretary

Primary Purpose: Facilitate the efficient operation of the office of the Exec. Directors of CTE and provide secretarial services to that department.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: High School Diploma; or GED. Two years of study at an institution of higher education totaling 48 hours or Associates Degree preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills: Accuracy in use of computer Microsoft word, Excel, Data Entry Proficiency in use of calculator Proficient skills in typing, word processing and file maintenance Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficient skills in school district budget, finance and personnel
Experience: Three years secretarial experience in a public education environment or upper level management environment preferred.
Salary: Admin Support PG 7 / 225 Days Starting: $45,144
