Build and support prototype and pre-production catheter assemblies in a cleanroom Perform full catheter builds and sub-assemblies using detailed work instructions Work under microscopes with precision hand tools Execute processes including bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, liner stretching, and stringing Conduct visual inspections and support final packaging as needed Accurately document work in QMS and ERP systems Collaborate with engineers and teammates as designs evolve What You Bring
34+ years of hands-on catheter build experience Strong experience in:
Bonding, annealing, braiding Reflow, liner stretching, stringing
Comfortable working under a microscope with small, delicate components Strong attention to detail and documentation Ability to adapt as workflows and priorities change High school diploma or GED required Balloon catheter experience a plus Why People Stay
