it's an R&D/development setting where work naturally ebbs and flows based on project timelines, testing results, and design changes.

What You'll Do
Build and support prototype and pre-production catheter assemblies in a cleanroom
Perform full catheter builds and sub-assemblies using detailed work instructions
Work under microscopes with precision hand tools
Execute processes including bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, liner stretching, and stringing
Conduct visual inspections and support final packaging as needed
Accurately document work in QMS and ERP systems
Collaborate with engineers and teammates as designs evolve
What You Bring
34+ years of hands-on catheter build experience
Strong experience in:
Bonding, annealing, braiding
Reflow, liner stretching, stringing
Comfortable working under a microscope with small, delicate components
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Ability to adapt as workflows and priorities change
High school diploma or GED required
Balloon catheter experience a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
