1st Shift Location - Mt. Healthy, OH 45231 Pay - $17$19 per hour | Contract-to-Hire LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Service Representative for a 1st shift, contract-to-hire opportunity in Mt. Healthy. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience handling high call volumes who is looking for long-term stability and growth. Job Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, or account information Accurately document customer interactions and updates in internal systems Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues Meet daily performance and call handling metrics Qualifications 23 years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced setting Basic computer proficiency and experience navigating multiple systems Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Schedule and Compensation 1st shift, Monday through Friday Pay rate: $16$18 per hour, based on experience Contract-to-hire opportunity offering potential for long-term employment Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
