Administrative And Customer Service Specialist

Responsible for a broad set of administrative, financial and customer service tasks that have a direct impact on the Organization. The work involves recording renewal leases and updating resident accounts in order to achieve initiatives for Realty Operations Group. Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Processing renewal offers for both Stabilized and Market apartments
Completing lease amendments and alterations of contract
Provision of excellent customer service by assisting with resident phone calls/inquires
Miscellaneous office duties, including filing, copying, faxing and data entry
Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time
Support organization's goals and values
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1+ years' experience in an administrative role or data entry
Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Any background in Yardi or Property Management is a plus
