Entry Level Quality/Rework Associate
Our client, the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Entry Level Quality/Rework Associate to join their team. As an Entry Level Quality/Rework Associate, you will be part of the production support team, assisting in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay Range: $17/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift
MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM
What's the Job?
Perform visual and manual inspection of automotive parts
Sort, rework, or repackage parts according to quality standards
Identify defects and follow rework instructions accurately
Document completed work and quality issues as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What's Needed?
Entry-level position; no prior experience required
Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality guidelines
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
