Production Operators Needed

6:00 AM $16.75 per hour ($1.00 attendance bonus), available to work overtime
Job Duties:
Inspect parts for flush and remove the flush of the parts as instructed
Inspect parts to determine if rework is needed
Rework parts as required to meet quality standards
Glue foam components/backing as needed
Communicate quality issues to the team leads or supervisors in timely manner
Place parts in designated carriers for next steps in manufacturing process
Understand and maintain audit compliance as it relates to the production function
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Job Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
Use hand tools for extended period of time
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Base Pay: 16.75 per HOUR
