How will you power what's possible? Location: Carrollton Headquarters Job Summary: Administers and supports team member benefits programs, including health and welfare plans. Ensures benefits compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assists team members with benefits inquiries and provides guidance on program options. Key Responsibilities: Assess the effectiveness of existing benefit programs and recommend changes that influence Team Member's experience. Support, review, and provide feedback on recommendations for established and implemented benefit policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company objectives. Develop more complex benefits reports and metrics, providing insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Confer with People & Culture (P&C) leaders and external vendors to resolve complex benefit-related issues and optimize service delivery. Oversee all of the retiree information and reporting for annual reporting (FAS 106). Direct individuals to ensure proper management of team member benefit enrollments and compliance with plan provisions; troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis. Coach junior team members on best practices, policies, and procedures related to benefits administration. Ensure data accuracy and compliance in all benefits records, policies, and communications to include ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS, CMS, DOL, FMLA, and all Health Reform changes and activities. Provide additional project support for annual events (OE and FAS including acquisitions or location shut downs).
