Position Summary:
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 units while managing portfolio-wide delinquency and collections, and supporting resident communications. This role is key to improving occupancy, reducing delinquency, and ensuring consistent operations across properties.
Responsibilities:
Manage 2–4 properties (~100 units) including leasing and daily operations
Own and drive delinquency and collections across the portfolio
Monitor receivables and coordinate with third‑party collections (Hunter Warfield)
Ensure timely follow‑up on past‑due accounts and reduce delinquency rates
Provide resident communication and phone coverage (2 days/week)
Support occupancy goals by driving leasing performance
Qualifications:
Property management or collections experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
Experience with AppFolio or similar software is a plus
Compensation:
$45,000/year (estimated base salary)
