Contracting Specialist
The Contracts Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Contracts initiated by agents/agencies and sales directors. Primary Responsibilities:
Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from insurance contract request, maintaining, and up unto contract termination Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively. Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws. Financial: To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment. Primary Skills & Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually Critical Thinking Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, multitasking environment A passion for problem-solving and attention to detail Team Player Positive Disposition Data Entry Knowledge of Insurance Contracts and levels a plus High School or GED 3+ years of Data Entry Benefits Available
