Job Summary
The Contracts Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts initiated by agents, agencies, and sales directors.
Primary Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from insurance contract request to maintenance and eventual termination.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws.
Financial: Ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment.

Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical thinking skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
A proven track record of success in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment

Data entry
Knowledge of insurance contracts and levels a plus
High school diploma or GED
Three or more years of data entry experience
