This role is a senior enterprise leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the talent acquisition strategy within a mission-driven organization focused on expanding opportunity at scale. The position oversees how talent is attracted, assessed, and hired across the organization, ensuring both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce evolution are met with consistency and excellence. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational accountability, guiding a high-performing recruiting function through transformation, scale, and modernization. The role places strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, structured hiring practices, and continuous improvement of candidate and hiring manager experience. It also plays a key role in embedding AI-enabled tools and automation into recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and impact. This is a highly visible leadership role, working closely with executive stakeholders to align hiring priorities with organizational strategy. Accountabilities: Lead the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and translating workforce needs into actionable hiring plans, forecasting models, and execution frameworks. Oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery at scale, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining high standards for candidate quality, fairness, and experience. Build, lead, and develop a multi-layered recruiting organization, fostering accountability, engagement, collaboration, and a culture of excellence and ownership. Partner with senior leadership to align on hiring priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure effective workforce planning and execution. Drive structured, evidence-based hiring practices, ensuring consistent use of scorecards, evaluation frameworks, and standardized assessment approaches. Lead adoption and optimization of AI-enabled recruiting tools, automation, and systems to improve speed, efficiency, and quality of hiring processes. Monitor recruiting performance metrics and funnel health, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on complex or high-impact hiring decisions and talent strategy. Requirements: 810+ years of progressive experience leading Talent Acquisition or recruiting functions in complex, fast-paced environments. Proven success in designing, executing, and evolving scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. Strong track record of leading large teams with clear expectations, accountability frameworks, and talent development focus. Deep expertise in structured hiring methodologies and evidence-based assessment practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, metrics, and forecasting to drive decisions and improve performance. Experience implementing and scaling AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and modern talent systems. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively with senior executives to influence hiring strategy. Strong judgment in balancing speed, quality, equity, and operational needs in complex environments.
