VP Of Enterprise Architecture
We are looking for a visionary and pragmatic technology executive to lead our Enterprise Architecture function. As VP of Enterprise Architecture, you will own the architectural direction of our entire technology estate defining the standards, patterns, and principles that guide how we build, buy, and integrate technology across the enterprise. You will establish and run the Architecture Office, ensuring that every solution we deliver is aligned to our long-term technology strategy, scalable for future growth, and directly in service of business and clinical outcomes.
This is a high-influence, cross-cutting leadership role that sits at the intersection of technology strategy and business execution. You will serve as the authoritative voice on enterprise technology direction, operating as a trusted advisor to the CIO, senior technology leaders, and business executives. You will define where our technology is going and ensure the entire organization is building toward it.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or additional related work experience
10+ years in technology, with 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles
5+ years in a senior technology leadership position

Experience with large-scale platform modernization or legacy transformation programs in a regulated healthcare environment.
Exposure to AI/ML platform architecture and experience governing AI solutions within an enterprise architecture framework.
Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
