Company Overview Northern One Hour Heating, Ben Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electric is a locally owned business servicing the Twin Cities metro area since 1990. We are leaders in the residential heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical industry and are looking for an experienced customer service representative to help us grow our service division. The role involves scheduling service and maintenance calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. We offer a fun team environment and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service, maintenance, and sales calls.

Follow scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success.

Be detail oriented and able to multitask.

Set up customers and schedule service calls.

Answer inbound sales calls as a backup to sales coordinators.

Help with outbound calls and other duties as needed.

Requirements

2-3 years of HVAC/plumbing & electrical customer service experience desired.

Strong understanding of the Twin Cities marketplace helpful.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Understanding the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with internal/external customers.

Ability to multitask under pressure.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer skills.
