Sales Lead Coordinator
to help drive growth in our
HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical
departments. About the Role
As our Sales Lead Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our sales team. You’ll manage incoming leads, schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and online inquiries Communicate with field staff on availability Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sales teams Track leads and update CRM system Maintain excellent customer communication Set up sold jobs from start to finish Pull permits Create POs for Vendor purchases Assist in financing options Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination (home services experience preferred) Strong communication and phone skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and CRM knowledge Service Titan Experience a plus Self-motivated and team-oriented What We Offer
