Position Overview Community Living Skills Coach

— Support East House residents in substance addiction and mental health recovery with daily living skills. Work closely with East House, Rochester Psychiatric Center, and other housing staff to coordinate client services, maintain documentation, and implement individualized service plans.

Responsibilities Educate, train, and support residential clients so they maintain an independent life. Teach cooking, cleaning, and environment safety. Use coaching skills to help residents pursue goals outlined on their service plans.

Requirements Education & Experience:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a human services related field.

Licensure & Certification:

Valid NYS motor vehicle license with clean driving record.
