Job Summary We are seeking two motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Interns to support a high-impact national growth initiative focused on expanding market reach and increasing brand visibility across school districts nationwide. This role offers hands‑on experience in campaign execution, data management, and market research. Interns will play a key role in supporting outreach efforts, building targeted contact lists, and helping the team execute with precision at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain targeted contact lists using research, HubSpot, and other data sources
Conduct district and market-level research to support outreach and segmentation strategies
Assist with data hygiene, list segmentation, and CRM organization to ensure accuracy and usability
Support execution of marketing campaigns across multiple regions while maintaining attention to detail
Track outreach activity, responses, and key performance indicators
Help manage workflows and timelines to keep projects on schedule
Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional partners to support campaign coordination
Provide general operational support to ensure efficient execution across initiatives

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Top Candidates Will Have
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, or list building
Interest in marketing operations, analytics, or campaign strategy
Physical Demands
May occasionally lift or move materials up to 25 lbs (conference materials, boxes, etc.).
Must be comfortable standing, packing, or organizing materials for short periods of time
Work Environment
Primarily an office environment with regular use of computers, phones, and printers
Occasional warehouse or storage area work related to packing and shipping event materials
Moderate noise level typical of an office setting
