Serpentini Collision Center – Auto Body Estimator
Serpentini Collision Center is looking for an experienced auto body estimator to join our team.
We are a growing and very busy shop that serviced multiple DRP's & our Strongsville dealership.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, the ability to write an accurate estimate, & the ability to multi-task.
Experience with CCC required. We work with multiple DRP's including Geico, Progressive, State Farm, & Nationwide.
Minimum 2 years+ body shop experience required, & we are willing to train. Pay is based on experience.
Essential Duties
Promote a positive relationship with all body shop customers & staff.
Write an accurate estimate in either CCC or Mitchell.
Schedule customers and accurately keep all customers updated on the status of their repairs.
