Job Description
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers — helping them navigate their service requests and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone early in their corporate career who’s excited to learn, grow, and build a strong professional foundation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main connection between customers and service teams, coordinating field service requests with care and accuracy.

Log and manage customer inquiries, ensuring all details are clear and up to date.

Provide timely service estimates and job quotations to help customers make confident decisions.

Track ongoing work orders and communicate updates through the customer portal or direct outreach.

Use Microsoft CRM and ERP tools to manage customer information and service workflows.

Generate reports, support daily tasks, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Essential Skills

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems—experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Navision is a plus.

Strong customer service mindset with excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Experience with order processing, scheduling, or project coordination (1+ year preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Skills

Understanding of purchase orders, RMAs, and invoicing processes.

Ability to adapt in a growing, evolving company.

Eagerness to learn, contribute, and build a meaningful career path.

Training is fully in‑office for 2‑6 weeks (8 AM–5 PM or 7 AM–4 PM), and once ramped up, your start time may vary between 6 AM and 8 AM to support both East and West Coast customers.

This position begins as a contract role with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance and business needs—making it a great launchpad for career progression.

Contract position based out of Lake Forest, CA. This is a hybrid position in Lake Forest, CA.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
