Core Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound deal flow across multiple channels
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, clients, and partners
Support leasing, investment sales, and general brokerage activity
Track opportunities through the pipeline and move deals toward executionInterface with internal systems to manage data, notes, and communication
Coordinate with team members across different functions as needed

Ability to follow up consistently and persistently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on closing outcomes
Organized and responsive under volume
Comfortable operating in a system-driven environment
