We are seeking an experienced and driven
Property Manager
to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive staff at one of our thriving apartment communities.

Position Overview As Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for showcasing our apartment homes, executing leases, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of an apartment community.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, performance-driven, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people—while maintaining a strong focus on leasing goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and professionally present apartment homes
Execute leases and achieve occupancy goals
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
Oversee maintenance coordination, unit turns, and apartment preparation
Manage delinquency, including late notices and evictions as necessary
Focus on resident retention, marketing, and community engagement
Ensure the workplace meets safety standards and adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies
Participate in safety training as required
Qualifications
Prior property management or office administration experience required
Experience managing communities with 200+ units strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Self-starter with strong multitasking skills
Sales and performance-driven mindset
Genuine passion for apartments and property management
