A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to facilitate the enrollment process and support families in a virtual school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively recruit prospects and assist families through the application process Coordinate and collect post-enrollment data while providing feedback on enrollment status Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience High School Diploma or equivalent with prior sales experience and strong customer service background Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Salesforce Knowledge of online student information systems and Time4Learning Homeschool curriculum preferred Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
