Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients by providing prompt, professional, and personalized service.
Conduct thorough reviews of clients’ insurance policies and identify opportunities for coverage enhancements or cost savings.
Build lasting client relationships through regular communication, consultations, and follow-ups.
Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing on behalf of clients.
Educate clients on available insurance products and ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of their policy options.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products to provide informed recommendations.
Contribute to team initiatives to enhance customer experience and strengthen operational efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager or related role in the insurance industry, specifically in personal lines insurance.
Current and valid insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using insurance management software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored insurance solutions effectively.
A positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations.
Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
