Entry Level Painter

Lightmenpainting, Portland, OR, United States

Lightmen Painting

is hiring an entry-level painter to join our team in the Portland area. This role is for someone who wants to learn the trade the right way, work hard, stay coachable, and grow into a strong long-term painter. You do not need years of experience, but you do need a solid attitude, reliability, and the ability to follow direction. You will assist with residential and commercial painting projects, including prep work, masking, sanding, caulking, priming, brushing, rolling, cleanup, and jobsite organization. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants real experience in the field, not just a paycheck for standing around. If you want to build actual skill and become valuable in the trade, this is a strong place to start.
