## Description**POSITION TITLE: Contract Corporate Recruiter (Temporary)****REPORTS TO: HR Manager****Contract Length:** 3 months**Hourly Rate:** $ 28.00-32.00/ hour**Hours:** 15-20 hours a week**POSITION SUMMARY:** At Home Leasing we’re committed to hiring qualified candidates for our team. We seek a results-driven and detail-oriented Contract Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts during a period of increased hiring demand. This temporary role will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.**Key Responsibilities**· Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including property management and maintenance staffing.· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles· Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards· Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals)· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews · Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers· Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws · Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline activity## Qualifications**Qualifications**· Corporate Recruiting related field (or equivalent experience)· 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-site environment· Experience recruiting in property management, maintenance, or similar industries preferred· Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws· Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines**Preferred Skills**· Strong sourcing and networking abilities· High level of professionalism and confidentiality· Problem-solving mindset and adaptabilityHome Leasing LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
