Location: Daphne, AL Job Id: 798 # of Openings: 1 Mortgage Loan Processor (Full Time) – Daphne, AL Days and hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Gather information and take each file from pre‑approval to closing. Input proper loan information into the system for processing. Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy. Verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance, ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting. Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested. Order and coordinate loan documents. Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management. Job Requirements & Skills
2–5 years mortgage loan processing experience, preferably with FHA, VA and USDA products. Knowledge of mortgage lending products, documentation, policies and procedures, service and delivery methods. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with internal/external customers via telephone, e‑mail and in person. Strong time management and organizational skills. Experience working with a Windows‑based computer environment. Compensation
