
Listed Trade Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Perform daily functions to support the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle, including trade capture, matching, settlement & collateral management.
Investigate and resolve trade breaks, mismatches, settlement issues, and other discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with traders, brokers, custodians and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Identify, establish and implement standard methodologies in trade operations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all trade‑related activities, maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational control.
Support operational projects, including design, testing and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
Maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills
Significant experience across the full trade life cycle, including trade affirmation & capture, settlement & cashflows.
Knowledge of key market utilities such as CTM, SWIFT, CLS, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess; experience with Aladdin desirable.
Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
Strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Approachable and open‑minded, creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Experience liaising with clients, brokers and custodians to resolve operational issues.

Compensation Information The base salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This range is estimated for this role and actual pay may differ. This position will be open through May 15, 2026.
Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on company, department, team and individual performance.
