What you'll do
Leads holistic customer communications and planning for the company (Clean Commitment program, corporate policy changes, travel experience, AAdvantage program and more) across owned channels that this team manages (AA.com, e‑mail, and American Way)
Coordinates with owners of all other owned channels (social media, B2B, airport and onboard channels, etc)
Plans and executes all revenue‑generating e‑mail campaigns for flight bookings, product upsells and AAdvantage/cobrand promotions
Maintains and updates all content on AA.com, our largest booking channel
Manages our in‑flight magazines and the newly launched AmericanWay.com
Manages a direct team and coordinates on a daily basis with cross‑functional teams
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
7 years of related experience
Leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Demonstrated leadership capability and experience in managing complex projects and timelines
Aviation sector, alliance or B2B and B2B2C marketing experience
Experience in Corporate, Agency and B2B2C Sales programs
Agile and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience in leading, managing and developing team members
Organized, accountable, and action‑oriented
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to engage and motivate a team
