Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and marketing industry, is seeking a Marketing Data Science - Marketing analytics professional to join their team. As a Marketing Data Science - Marketing analytics, you will be part of the Data Organization supporting cross-functional groups such as Product, Finance, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, analytical rigor, and marketing intuition, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Measure what drives Minecraft player acquisition, reactivation, and long-term value across marketing channels.
Own campaign post-mortems, attribution modeling, and marketing funnel analysis to connect upstream spend and impressions to downstream engagement and monetization outcomes.
Partner with Growth Marketing and Finance to inform budget decisions and develop scalable measurement frameworks for marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior management and technical teams to determine data requirements and best practices for data manipulation, storage, and analysis.
Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes to support marketing insights.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
8-10 years of applicable experience in data analysis and marketing analytics.
Experience with database technologies and knowledge of the ETL process.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language and experience with Databricks.
Strong communication skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
