Responsibilities
Provides administrative assistance to all marketing managers on a project by project basis. Tasks may include: creative workflow assistance via workflow management system, digital/web workflow assistance including website maintenance, client and vendor communications, event planning/organization and post‑event detail management.
Coordinate and execute production jobs (Video, Design, Photography, etc.) by setting meeting invites, communicating with sister departments, ordering/coordinating props and properly filing props/equipment post‑shoot.
Act as on‑site/on‑set assistant for photographers and videographers during project production.
Deliver concise, accurate and actionable accounts of meetings and discussions to ensure follow‑up.
Provide assistance with record keeping with regard to monthly billing for accuracy and completeness in accordance with financials.
Partner with creative team for on‑time delivery or installation of printed materials.
Be proficient in, and be able to work in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and possess verbal, in‑person and email communication.
Qualifications
Must be able to continuously maneuver around office.
Must be able to move quickly around property during events.
Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
Respond to visual and oral cues.
Must be able to conduct conversations with customers, respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest concerns.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be self‑motivated.
Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must have manual dexterity to operate the computer and other necessary office equipment.
Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling customer’s needs.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
