Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co‑create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.
Overview:
Paramount+ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to help elevate visual quality, maintain brand consistency, and support scalable digital experiences across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. In this fast‑paced, collaborative role, you will create high‑impact, on‑brand visual solutions from concept through execution, define best practices, and mentor designers. You’ll partner closely with Product Design, Marketing, and Production Design teams to produce polished artwork that enhances the user experience, while refining templates and workflows to strengthen the overall quality and consistency of design output.
Responsibilities:
Design high‑quality, on‑brand visual experiences across digital platforms, including product upsell flows, promotional store screens, brand imagery, thematic collections, and new feature launches.
Collaborate with design leadership to craft compelling visual narratives that support business goals while maintaining a cohesive and consistent user journey.
Establish, evolve, and uphold brand guidelines, templates, and best practices for internal and external partners.
Assist in managing and reviewing projects to ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and platform‑specific requirements under the Design Manager’s supervision.
Partner cross‑functionally with Product Design, Marketing, Production Design, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.
Confidently present work and lead conversations with other teams to align stakeholders around creative direction, priorities, and outcomes.
Provide art direction and constructive feedback to other designers, helping elevate overall team output while maintaining deep awareness of timelines, scope, and return on investment (ROI).
Review and deliver final artwork files that meet high standards for scalability, usability, and production readiness.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
6‑8 years of experience in visual or graphic design, with a deep focus on digital and UI‑based work.
An extraordinary online portfolio demonstrating advanced visual design skills and a refined aesthetic sensibility across digital design projects.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, Frame.io, and Acrobat.
Strong working knowledge of Figma, including the ability to collaborate, review, and contribute to shared design files.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed, sometimes with short notice.
Additional Qualifications:
Advanced photo retouching, artwork manipulation, image extension, and color correction.
A deep knowledge of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and spatial composition.
Proven ability to create visual artwork that consists of depth and dimension using organic lighting, shadows, and layered compositions within flat UI systems.
Proactivity in staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices. You actively seek opportunities to refine workflows, templates, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high attention to detail, accuracy, and craft.
The ability to work individually while contributing positively within a team environment.
