We’re opening a brand-new preschool in Zephyrhills and are looking for a
full-time Assistant Center Director
to help us build something truly special from the ground up.
At The Learning Experience, we create a
warm, engaging, and safe environment
where children (ages 6 weeks to 6 years) develop confidence, independence, language, and a lifelong love of learning through purposeful play and our proprietary curriculum.
As Assistant Center Director, you will support daily operations, coach and develop educators, build strong family relationships, and help bring our mission to life—because here, HAPPY HAPPENS HERE!

Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with all state licensing requirements and maintain accurate documentation
Support onboarding and training of new team members aligned with our culture and standards
Coach and mentor teachers in curriculum implementation and classroom management
Partner with teachers across all age groups to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction
Deliver exceptional tours to prospective families and manage timely follow-up
Support enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing initiatives
Create engaging, on-brand social media content
Recognize and celebrate staff and family milestones
Assist with center events and community partnerships

Qualifications
Experience in a licensed childcare facility (leadership experience preferred)
Florida DCF 45 hours (completed or willing to complete upon hire)
CDA, FCCPC, or coursework in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Florida Director Credential (preferred or willingness to obtain)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must meet all state and local licensing requirements
Employment is contingent upon passing a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Learn more: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
Salary $45,000-$55,000 annually
