What You’ll Do

Engage customers with confidence, professionalism, and integrity from first contact through delivery

Ask strong questions to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions

Follow a proven sales process while developing your own authentic style

Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up

Handle objections with composure and persistence

Build repeat business and referrals through exceptional service

Stay productive and focused in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment

Contribute positively to team culture and dealership goals

Requirements

Strong communication skills with clear, confident speaking and active listening

Work ethic and self‑discipline without the need for constant supervision

Coachability and the ability to apply feedback quickly

Professionalism, including punctuality, personal appearance, and conduct

Grit and resilience to push through rejection and maintain momentum

Ability to work Saturdays

Consistent work history within the past 3 years

Strong Indicators of Success (Even Without Sales Experience)

Competitive nature, especially with personal performance

Natural curiosity and strong questioning skills

Ability to read people and adjust communication style

Proactive, self‑starting mindset

Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
