If you take pride in delivering exceptional service, staying organized, and being a key player in operations, this is your opportunity to grow with a strong and supportive team.---## **What You’ll Do**As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations—supporting customers, technicians, and internal teams with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.### **Customer Experience & Sales*** Deliver outstanding service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers* Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts* Promote companion parts, upgrades, and current specials* Provide accurate pricing and product information in person and over the phone### **Operations & Inventory*** Pull, fill, and process parts orders with precision* Maintain accurate inventory and replenish stock daily* Identify out-of-stock items and coordinate sourcing or emergency orders* Track and follow up on back-ordered and special-order parts### **Team & Shop Support*** Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and body shop teams* Review repair and body shop estimates to ensure accuracy and pricing alignment* Prepare and stage parts for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and organization* Support outside sales representatives with order fulfillment### **Administrative & Accuracy*** Process payments, credits, and charge authorizations accurately* Maintain organized records of invoices, repair orders, and estimates* Ensure all transactions are documented and customers receive proper documentation* Participate in inventory control and lost sales tracking### **Workplace Excellence*** Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional* Stay current on new products and participate in ongoing training* Maintain a polished and professional appearance---## **What We’re Looking For**### **Required Skills*** Strong customer service and sales abilities* Excellent attention to detail and organization* Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment### **Preferred Experience*** Automotive dealership parts experience* Familiarity with parts inventory systems and ordering processes## Qualifications## **Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Prior parts department experience preferred---## **Physical Requirements*** Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods* Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed---## **Why You’ll Love Working Here*** Fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Opportunities for growth and development* Hands-on role with impact across multiple departments* Supportive leadership and training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
