Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Pharmacy) . *** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *** ********************************************************************* Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role Notes: Pay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2. The role is mostly remote; candidate will have to come to the office between two or three times a year. Candidate should be available to work an 8-hour shift between Mon - Fri from 7:00am – 9:00pm CT and Saturdays from 8:00am – 6:30pm. Description: As a customer service specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with pharmacy claims. You will provide exceptional customer service via phone, and email. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email regarding e-vouchers, denial conversion or any other issues related to a Rx claim. Accurately document each customer interaction, including the issue, actions taken, and resolution in the case management system. Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMM services, updates, and known issues. Qualifications: Call Center experience. Customer Service experience. Microsoft Office experience.
