JR104269# **Title:**Marketing Project Manager# **Job Description:****Job Overview**Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Solutions, the Marketing Project Manager will play a pivotal role in executing marketing and communications strategies to support SBM's existing portfolio of operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, initiatives, and campaigns aimed at promoting SBM's service excellence, enhancing point of contact advocacy, and driving organic business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent writing skills, and a desire to drive results in a fast-paced environment.**Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Other duties may be assigned.* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications projects to support SBM's current book of operations business aligning with strategic objectives and target audience preferences that drive advocacy and capture client satisfaction.* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, Finance and Transitions to gather insights, identify opportunities, and develop tailored marketing stories that drive client engagement and retention.* Create custom compelling copy and work with direct design report resources to ensure projects are completed and designed to SBM expectations.* Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution, tracking, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.* Drive content development initiatives by working closely with account management teams to determine storylines and positioning to current clients.* Utilize data-driven insights and analytics as well as the voice of the customer to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Help identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for to support current client engagement and advocacy.* Stay informed about industry trends, janitorial market dynamics, client happenings and competitive landscape, to provide recommendations and insights to enhance storyline development.**Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.**Education and/ or Experience:**7+ years of experience in B2B marketing project management, preferably (but not required) in the facilities services or related industry.Proven track record of executing successful marketing projects and initiatives that organic drive business growth and client engagement and advocacy.Experience developing compelling content and engaging copy from outlines.**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** May be required to have a valid driver’s license.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.Must be comfortable meeting in-person or on teams with all levels of the organization, must be conformable scheduling meeting and running them as well as making phone calls.Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage 4insite metrics and data analytics to drive results or capture areas of improvement.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.**Supervisory Responsibilities**Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
