We’re looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our email marketing programs. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career who is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how email marketing drives customer engagement and revenue.
In this role, you’ll help manage promotional email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows while supporting audience segmentation, reporting, and campaign optimization.
This position is ideal for someone with strong execution skills who wants to grow into a broader digital marketing role over time.
Role Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Assist with the setup, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns including promotions, newsletters, and announcements
Help maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timing
Review emails for accuracy, formatting, links, and overall quality before deployment
Support updates to email templates, layouts, and content
Audience & Automation Support
Assist with audience segmentation and list management to improve targeting and engagement
Help maintain automated email workflows such as welcome emails, reminders, and re‑engagement campaigns
Support ongoing list hygiene and subscriber management
Performance Reporting
Track key campaign metrics including opens, clicks, conversions, and unsubscribes
Help prepare regular reporting and identify basic opportunities for improvement
Support simple A/B testing efforts for subject lines, messaging, and send times
Deliverability & Best Practices
Help monitor deliverability and list health
Follow best practices for email compliance and subscriber engagement
Assist with maintaining a clean and engaged email database
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, or related internship experience
Familiarity with email platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and campaign tracking
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the role
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Basic understanding of email automation and segmentation
Familiarity with Canva, BeeFree, or other design tools
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting
Experience working with CRM systems or customer databases
