About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on product leader to define and scale the future of Marketing Technology at SoFi – powered by AI. This high‑impact role focuses on driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention through AI‑driven marketing platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SoFi’s next‑generation Marketing Technology platform, deeply infused with AI.

Lead the shift to AI‑powered marketing, automating campaign creation, optimizing decisioning, and delivering real‑time personalization at scale.

Identify where to build versus buy, shaping a modern, flexible, and cost‑efficient MarTech stack.

Build leapfrog capabilities—AI‑driven systems that dramatically improve speed, efficiency, and member experience.

Own and drive a multi‑year roadmap, translating vision into shipped products with measurable business impact.

Partner cross‑functionally to align on priorities, execute against goals, and deliver end‑to‑end experiences.

Communicate strategy, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

7–10 years of product management experience, ideally in MarTech or AdTech.

Proven track record of building and scaling complex, cross‑functional platforms.

Experience leveraging AI to drive product innovation and business outcomes.

A strong operator mindset: able to set strategy and execute in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Strong cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills.

Excellent communication and executive presence.

Data‑driven decision making and strong analytical instincts.

Deep customer empathy—you consistently advocate for what’s best for the user.

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay: $192,000.00 – $330,000.00 (annually). The final base pay offer is determined based on individual factors such as experience, skills, and location.

In addition, the role is eligible for bonus, long‑term incentives, and competitive benefits.
