Role Summary
We’re seeking a Graphic Design Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and understands how to translate business objectives into polished, high-performing visual assets for our marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at clean, corporate design and can confidently own projects from concept through production.
Responsibilities
Design corporate marketing assets including flyers, brochures, direct mail pieces, banner ads, product matrices, business cards, email signature blocks, sales collateral, and event materials
Design landing pages, email layouts, and digital assets in Hubspot and WordPress
Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready files with strong attention to formatting, typography, layout, and compliance requirements
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and internal design systems
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales and Product teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals
Organize assets with clear naming and version control
Qualifications
5+ years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or other corporate environments)
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, corporate design (not illustration‑heavy or fine art‑focused)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required) and Canva
Portfolio demonstrating strong design systems and conversion‑focused design
Ability to interpret business goals and translate them into effective visual communication
Strong project management skills and comfort working cross‑functionally
High attention to detail—layout precision, typography, alignment, and brand consistency are second nature to you
Preferred
UX/UI design experience
Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects or similar)
Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or highly regulated industries
