BDR’s will be measured on their ability to master Xurrent’s messaging and positioning, skillfully navigate objection handling, and most importantly, on meeting or exceeding their assigned quotas. The BDR function at Xurrent is of strategic importance and significant effort will be placed on professional development, laying a foundation for a long and successful career in sales. This is a hybrid role, with three days onsite in our Austin office.
