Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Content Lead and Sales Managers, you will help to devise and execute the go-to-market plan for your dedicated events.
Generating new business through research using our extensive sister products, client communication and follow-up.
Selling sponsorship for allocated events.
Learning more about the brand through reading our news services in order to offer tailored products to both new and existing clients.
Developing and maintaining contact with potential clients via email, telephone communication and face-to-face meetings.
Creating and implementing a sales plan for products to meet sales targets.
P pitching to clients and leads in a bespoke manner, ensuring that you always provide a high level of customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, in particular a highly professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills.
Motivated individual able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience of using a CRM system – preference for Salesforce.
Previous experience selling within the legal or professional services market is desirable, but not essential.
Ability to work towards targets and deadlines and devise a personal strategy to exceed them.
