Job Description
We’re looking for a Shopper Marketing Associate to join a dynamic retail marketing team supporting national brands across major retailer platforms. In this role, you’ll help bridge strategy and execution—turning insights and data into campaigns that engage shoppers and drive conversion.
As part of a collaborative team, you’ll manage campaign logistics, coordinate with creative and sales teams, and support delivery of shopper programs across Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), and Walmart Connect. You’ll help oversee digital couponing, retail media placements, and incentive programs through partners like Ibotta and Instacart, while tracking performance and managing campaign budgets in Excel.

What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day execution of shopper campaigns and promotions
Support digital couponing, incentive, and retail media programs
Collaborate with sales, creative, and global brand teams to align deliverables
Track and report campaign results, budgets, and performance data
Lead status meetings and follow-ups with internal and external partners
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of experience at a marketing agency or shopper, retail, or brand marketing
Strong Excel and reporting skills; detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong communicator who can confidently manage projects and relationships
Bonus
Experience managing digital couponing or promotions (Ibotta, Instacart preferred)
Familiarity with retail media networks (Roundel, KPM, Walmart Connect)
