Retail Shopper Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a positive, driven, and detail-oriented Retail Shopper Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team on our mission of becoming the #1 Gut Health Supplement Company in the US. This person will support the execution of high-impact retail marketing initiatives across key accounts like Target, Walmart, Kroger, Costco, and Sam’s Club. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving conversion at the shelf and across omnichannel retail touchpoints.

You will play a critical role in campaign execution, retail media coordination, and shopper marketing programs, ensuring seamless delivery from planning through post-campaign analysis.

What You’ll Do:

Support end-to-end execution of shopper marketing campaigns across major retail partners

Assist in building and executing launch plans for new products and promotions

Coordinate in-store and digital display execution to ensure alignment with brand and retailer requirements

Retail Media & Campaign Management

Manage and track retail media campaigns (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing)

Support 3rd-party (3P) campaign management, including RFP development, vendor vetting, and execution

Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely optimizations

Campaign Tracking & Analysis

Maintain campaign trackers and reporting dashboards

Assist in analyzing campaign performance, identifying insights, and summarizing learnings

Support post-mortem reporting with clear, concise recommendations
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with internal teams (brand, sales, eCommerce) and external vendors to ensure flawless execution

Manage timelines, deliverables, and retailer requirements across multiple campaigns

Increase retailer touchpoints through proactive communication and follow-ups

Impact of This Role

Qualifications
Experience

1–3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, campaign management, or retail project management

Experience working with or supporting major retailers (Target, Walmart, Kroger, Costco, Sam’s Club) preferred

Familiarity with retail media platforms and CPG marketing is a plus

Skills

Strong campaign management and organizational skills

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights

Excellent communication skills with a concise, clear style

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
