Solon Pointe is seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead census development, manage admissions, and promote our rehabilitation and long-term care services. This role is responsible for building strong referral relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the admissions process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first inquiry to admission.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with strong communication skills, healthcare marketing experience, and a passion for building relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive census growth and improve payer mix
Manage the full admissions process, including referral intake, follow-up, and conversion
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, providing education on services and programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and referrals
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate admissions and smooth transitions
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for admissions
Track, analyze, and report on marketing and admissions activity and outcomes
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
Represent Solon Pointe at community events and outreach opportunities
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or long-term care preferred
Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
